I have a deep understanding of the arts and culture landscape. I can work with different people and make them feel comfortable doing things they haven’t done before. I can think about lots of things at once, see how they all fit into a bigger picture whilst maintaining a seriously good eye for detail. I’m organised and love being in control, but at the same time, I’m not fazed or daunted about getting stuck in. 

 

I’ll treat your project with the care it deserves. I’m reliable so you can trust me to get what you need done when you need it - and keep everyone else on track too. I’m proactive, so I’ll think for you, freeing you up to focus on other things (I’m used to working with small teams with lots on their plate). I’ll work collaboratively but also offer an objective eye - I’m not afraid to ask important questions, or prod where needed to get to the good stuff. 

Things I don't do
Social media

Digital skills are essential and I’ve managed my fair share of digital-first campaigns and worked with some brilliant digital specialists. But I like to take a more holistic approach. So, if by digital marketing you want someone to manage your social media channels, then I’m probably not the right fit. Do, however, reach out if you want to make the content on your digital channels more purpose-led and audience-centred. This I can help with.

Press & PR

I’ve managed freelance support and worked closely with some fantastic agencies and specialists. I know the ins and outs of press and media - what makes a good PR campaign, press release and pitch. But, if you’re looking for someone to help you manage your press and PR activity, there are people out there with much better contacts than me. And I’d be happy to recommend them to you.
